Delivery Information
Every effort is made to operate a next day delivery service. Accessory orders placed overnight or before 9.30am will generally be dispatched the same day if the stock is available. After 9.30am, it may be processed the following day at the latest (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Some instruments require careful technical adjustment before despatch to ensure that they arrive in the best playing condition. Whenever this work is necessary, we will endeavour to complete it and despatch the instrument as soon as possible.
Customers will be advised if the item they have ordered is out of stock, and be offered an alternative where appropriate. During busy times it may not always be possible to get orders out the same day. We will always to our very best to achieve this.
Delivery on accessories is charged on a tier system, as demonstrated below:

Instruments are sent via Interlink and a signature will be required on delivery. Please ensure you provide us with a suitable delivery address. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm. Please note we cannot guarantee a time slot for delivery.
Instruments sent to mainland UK are sent delivery free.
Instruments should be checked as soon as possible for transit damage. Please inform us immediately if any damage is apparent.
If the goods you receive are faulty please return them to us in their original condition within seven days and we will either repair or replace them, or refund the cost of the goods. If the goods you receive are not what you ordered, please return them to us in their original condition within seven days and we will either replace them with the correct items, or refund the cost of the goods and carriage.
In addition to the above, you may in most cases return any goods within seven working days of receipt without giving any reason. Postage in these instances is refundable. However, the goods must be in their original condition (not unwrapped in the case of reeds) and we must be notified within seven working days that you wish to return the goods. We reserve the right to make a fair and reasonable charge if either the goods or packaging are damaged in any way.
Please call us before returning any goods.
If you choose to return any goods you must ensure that the goods are properly packaged and sent at your cost by a secure carrier: it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure that they reach us undamaged. They must be accompanied by your contact details and order number (web orders only).
If you do not pay for the cost of return then we may deduct the cost of retrieving the goods from any refund due to you in respect of the order. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for all returns.
If a refund is due to you it will be made expeditiously and within 30 days.
