This Buffet Prestige Green LinE Bb bass clarinet to low C is ideal for the advanced player or professional looking for an excellent doubling instrument that can be used for solo work or in concert bands and orchestras.  

This Prestige is wonderfully resonant and even throughout the registers playing with a big, rich sound. Along with this it is equipped with a left hand little finger Eb/Ab lever and low G resonance key it is equipped with triple low D spatula keys and a double overblowing vent.

Thanks to the addition of carbon fibres, Green Line clarinets withstand admirably to variations in atmospheric conditions (temperature, humidity). The risk of cracking is therefore eliminated.

Created in 1994, the Greenline series of instruments has taken advantage of the excess wood remaining from the clarinet manufacturing process. This process of combining grenadilla powder with carbon fibres produces a clarinet that is greatly resistant to environmental change and helps to relieve stress on the African grenadilla wood population.

This clarinet was bought from us new in 2012 and is in good condition.  This is an amazing opportunity to own an excellent professional bass clarinet without paying the new price tag. 

Wear & Tear Observations: The Green LinE body is in very good condition showing no signs of repairs or scuffing/ scratching and the silver plating is in good order showing minimal signs of wear. This bass clarinet has all the Buffet logos visable and has been recently serviced ready for sale.

This Buffet bass comes in its original hard case with large side pocket and built in backpack straps. The case is fully functional with zips, clasps and locks all working (case keys included).  A used Vandoren B45 mouthpiece is also included alongside the original Buffet mouthpiece, ligature and cap. We would recommend purchasing a cleaner and some reeds alongside this bass clarinet.
