Ideal for the professional player, this Yanagisawa A991 alto saxophone is an fantastic, professional saxophone providing excellent resonance and a refined sound with outstanding intonation over its full range and at all levels. The extra gold plated crook provides increased warmth and depth to the tone.

Wear & Tear Observations: This saxophone was bought new approx 2010 and is the predecessor of the current Yanagisawa AWO10. It is in a good condition with some minor scratching to the body around the sling ring, low C# key and bell.

The lacquer is in a good condition with little to no wear. These are all purely cosmetic and will not affect the playability of the instrument. The Sax has been checked over by our workshop ready for sale.

This saxophone comes in its original hard lockable leatherette case as well as a extra shaped Rosetti case. It is supplied with the original Yanagisawa 7 ebonite, an Otto Link 6* ebonite, R. Caravan L ebonite, Jupiter 4C plastic and a Trevor James Bari Esprit plastic mouthpiece included with a Rovner 1RL Dark ligature and the original Yanigisawa cap and ligature.

It also is supplied with the original sling, a Pad-saver, a JazzLab Saxholder and a Hercules DS630BB Auto Grip Alto/Tenor stand.  It comes with a unopened box of 5 Hemke Filed 2.0 reeds and an extra Gold Plated Neck to go with the original. There are no cleaning materials supplied so we would recommed purchasing these alongside this saxophone.
