Super instrument for beginners, very manageable and good sound production.

Great case, feels like it’s “bullet proof”. Really happy with it, great locks, easy to carry, 2Kgs lighter than my original case.

I’m really pleased with my new K&G 3B Cornet Mouthpiece. The very comfortable rim and medium deep cup gives me a great traditional brass band sound as well as superb flexibility over my entire range. In my opinion, this particular model falls somewhere between a Denis Wick 4 & 4B by comparison. A great all rounder. I can highly recommend this mouthpiece. Chris North. I play in a brass band in East Sussex alongside experienced players with higher end cornets who listen to, and look upon, this beautiful instrument with envy. I bought the lacquered version last year and it really does sound amazing. It gives a lovely, rich, mellow sound, and is relatively free blowing providing easy reach of upper register notes. The valves spring reassuringly quickly, and overall this is simply a brilliant instrument.

Great product worth the wait

An excellent service provided yet again by the lovely staff at John packer. I needed a new tenor saxophone as mine wasnot the best so decided to do the hire route. I am somewhat competent and playing different woodwind instruments and find that the Tenor sax available to hire is excellent and easily as nice to play as any other make within this price point and beyond. I have tried Yamaha tenor saxophones that aren’t as nice to play. Across the full range the intonation and tuning appears to be excellent and in keeping with what each note should sound like on a Bb instrument. The case is nice and solid and the instrument is very well finished and feels more premium than the RRP.

Great stand - seems sturdy and like colour options

Very good value for money thanks, I wanted a flugel mouthpiece with a smaller throat, as the one that came with the budget flugel made me struggle with above the stave notes. But didnt want to spend a lot of money. This mouthpiece has vastly improved this problem, would be even better if they made one with a slightly smaller cup

Sturdy stand ideal for flute and piccolo

Delivered efficiently. Good horn. Full sound. Well made and designed. Slides fit very well. Surprisingly good horn cover bag and substantial case. Enjoying getting to know it.

Really nice product and very quick delivery; it feels sturdier than a similar plastic one by another maker, and is easier and more secure to hold. The machining is very good.
