This is just what I needed to relieve the strain on my thumb following a hand injury. The advice given by the lovely lady at John Packer was very helpful.
Was pleased with the overall terms and conditions, especially when I was sent a brand new sax. The delivery was quite slow, possibly because of customs “red tape “. I had a slight query after delivery and Alice was most helpful.
A very quiet reed. Played for about 20 minutes then couldn’t get a sound out of it. Disappointed as was at orchestra rehearsal and was embarrassed with the sound.

This is one of the better saxophone supports for me. Does need a little adjustment so it doesn’t dig into my clavicle.
Excellent - had this fitted using my original clarinet thumb rest screws so that no new holes were needed. So much more comfortable and supportive on my thumb joint; long rehearsals with no strain. Bought another one for my A clarinet. Lots of fellow players now very interested.

We received one of these cases and unfortunately the zip had a manufacturing fault meaning it was tough to use.
Contacted John Packer and within minutes a replacement was on its way.
Replacement was perfect, tough but lightweight case with a variety of carrying options. Zip works like a dream too!
