We received one of these cases and unfortunately the zip had a manufacturing fault meaning it was tough to use.
Contacted John Packer and within minutes a replacement was on its way.
Replacement was perfect, tough but lightweight case with a variety of carrying options. Zip works like a dream too!

I haven't tried these reeds before, only Rico. I like them. They sound crisp and clean. I'll still use Rico reeds, which I find make a softer sound, so I will enjoy having the variety. People say Vandoren are a bit thicker and stiffer, but I can't say there's all that much difference.
The pullthrough was too thick to go through my (bog standard) Yamaha Bb clarinet, and it got stuck halfway. It was then very difficult to get out. I won't use it again.

Quick delivery and I'm very pleased with them. (As good as their reeds!) The fact they can be removed easily is a bonus as it took me ages to remove the old (non-vandoren,) one!

Sad to say that the sizing was not right. The instructions clearly said that I could get (Extra Small) but so far Pacato have not responded... feeling sad and worried about my developing tinnitus.... need to hear from you! Soon, please.

Very pleased with the instrument itself but I paid for express delivery and it actually took 7 days to arrive. I live in NI and expected it to take a bit longer but I think it would have arrived in the same time if I went for free delivery.
