Excellent reeds. Daughter uses these with her school clarinet and now we have bought her her own (from yourselves) it was an obvious choice. Clarinet sounds beautiful.
My daughter is happy with this product but said that the pull through isn’t quite long enough to come through her clarinet. I got the pull through from here as I thought it would be the best place and better quality. Thanks for the very speedy delivery though.

I like the cornet after trying my friends, unfortunately this was not as good, also I think it would be better with a decent mouthpiece, the instrument I find hard to get in tune as it is flat, it would be better slightly sharp. I do have other instruments including cornets.

I bought this item on a Friday only to discover I ordered the wrong colour. I’ve emailed the company straight away and called them on Saturday. Not only they’ve picked up the phone quickly, they had already picked up the email from the night before and changed my item based on my request. The bag was delivered on Tuesday. Excellent customer service and the price is lower than other retailers. I highly recommend.
This was order for use with the John Packer Flugelhorn I have. On receipt, it sat right back in the bell against the metal. On querying this, they explained it had a wider bell than most and recommended the tenor trombone mute which I ordered straight away, and the original is on its way back to them. Five stars for speedy delivery and their customer service when calling them, I can't rate its effect in use and can unfortunately give no stars for compatibility. I'll review the other must once used.
I bought a JP374TS Euphonium in February 2022. I'm very pleased with the instrument and with my various dealings with John Packer Ltd over the last three years. My third valve was sticky, and Mark Glover (my teacher) suggested changing the valve oil, which fixed it.
