BG A10S - Small Size, 0.8mm thickness black mouthpiece patch. For smaller woodwind mouthpieces (e.g Eb clarinet, metal sax and soprano sax mouthpieces).

BG A10L - Large Size, 0.8mm thickness black mouthpiece patch. For larger woodwind mouthpieces (e.g Bb, alto and bass clarinets or alto, tenor and baritone saxes).
