New addition to my collection

Thought I would give this a try to add to my soprano, alto, tenor, C-melody and baritone collection. Needed to get a proper mouthpiece since the included plastic MP didn't inspire me. As a result still working at it. Seems reasonably well-built and not surprisngly will take a bit of time to get used to the close key pads compared to the other saxes. Very good value for money. Now need to see where I can work it into my jazz-workshop repertoire without anyone else noticing! Since I normally play alto that shouldn't be too difficult.... same music, just an octave up!

A good rare tool for this price!

Good afternoon! Long wanted to to purchase itself in art collection sopranino saxophone. I have 3 saxophones; Soprano, Alto, Tenore-Yanagisawa! That-there is something to compare. Bought in Russia for $ 1000. I had to adjust the lower e flat a little, heavy spring. Bought mouthpiece Yanagisawa Metal # 7 and reeds Vandoren # 2 for Sopranino. And the instrument sounded! Good tool for this price! In my region no one has them.

Great Sopranino....

I initially viewed this specification when the item was out of stock....a week or so later more stock arrived so I ordered one.
The Sopranino is an interesting addition to a reed player's 'toolbox'.....considerably smaller and lighter weight than a typical Soprano Sax......for these reasons not requiring a neck strap for support.
The mouthpiece and reeds are smaller too, but easy to adapt to . The tone is bright and cuts through the mix in any ensemble.....the rose brass looks great and probably warms the tone somewhat.
With a good quality case included this sax shows excellent value for money.....
Well recommended.....!!
