• Developed through industrial synergy between Buffet's research & development arm and their production facilities based in France and Germany, the new E12F student clarinet came into the European market in September 2012.

  The E12F's body is derived from professional models and made in Buffet Crampon’s French workshops, while the key assembly and quality control are carried out by German teams in Markneukirchen.

  The new model now includes leather pads & secure screw in pillars. A colourless varnish protects against cracks and scratches.

   Body: Unstained African blackwood, treated and lacquered for optimum protection

• Bore: Poly-cylindrical
• Pillars: Screwed
• Thumb rest: Adjustable, enabling the use of a neck strap
• Keywork finish: Silver plated in the same manner as prestige models (Forged keys, copper plated then silver plated)
• Springs: Blue steel springs for a more precise and easy key movement
• Pads: Leather

The Buffet E12F Bb clarinet is supplied in a single backpack style case with pockets.  Also included is a Buffet pull-through, cork grease, Buffet plastic mouthpiece, silver plated cap, ligature and a sample reed.
