Howarth Academy reeds have a long "U" scrape which makes them free blowing and easy to control. Excellent tuning and sound quality make them excellent value for money. These reeds are all hand finished and should not need any further adjustments. Ideal for beginners, established players and advanced players according to strength.

Brilliant reeds!

These reeds were just great! They have all turned out to be playable. Just right for someone who doesn’t want to fiddle around scraping reeds! I found I could just get on with these, and I was very pleased with the tone.
