I contacted Andy Still , to ask about buying a Bari Sax, Andy recommended the JP144
he had one on demo in the shop, so I bought it, he couriered it to me as well all in the price with a very prompt service too.

I also like that it has a spike to take the weight instead of you supporting it by a sling round your neck which impedes your lung capacity & comfort of playing, with ease!

I can only say it is a Brilliant Blow, all over the range bottom low A to the top F etc not hard at all & the quality is outstanding ,it compares very well with much more expensive Bari saxes. As a 'Professional Sax Player' I am unable to fault this Sax It out shines the expensive Saxes too, so if you are considering buying a Bari Sax you will have to go a long long way ,if at all to beat this Sax for Price, Quality build & ease of Blowing it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top of the Range!

I am contacting you to let you know how pleased I am with the "Cadence" baritone sax you supplied recently. I can't see any way in which it is inferior to top-of-the-range
instruments at least twice as expensive. Intonation, build quality and particularly tone in the lower register are all superb.
Many thanks too for your very prompt service...I shan't hesitate to recommend you to my students!

Absolutely love this horn. Easy to blow, tuning spot on. Quality that surpasses the price tag. I brought it to add to my ability to have all intruments available when needed for different gigs as i sold my old bari and missed it. My main hooter is alto and an expensive one at that. This Cadence feels as good as my alto. I have played baris that cost up to three times the price of this one and I'd struggle to say what extra you got for your money. Best buy I've done for years. Only problem is I am spending a lot of time playing this horn instead of getting the practise in on my main one.
