Please be aware that our normal warranty/guarantee cover does not apply to this instrument as it has been pre-owned by a client and sold by us on their behalf.  Whilst we do all we can to ensure that they are working to the best of their ability, such goods are purchased as seen. This King SilverSonic Cornet is a 'long model' cornet, incorporating a reduced bell curve for a more direct sound. The result is an instrument that is much longer than a traditional shaped cornet, and not as mellow in tone, making this a good lead or solo instrument in a brass band, or where a trumpet would be too bright a sound. This cornet utilised a combination or lacquered brass and stirling silver, for a sound that is balanced between warm and strong.

Wear & Tear Observations: This instrument is in very good condition. The silver and lacquer are in good order with no dinks, dents or repairs. There are signs of use, some fine scratches etc but overall this cornet is in good order. The valves are free-moving and extremly responsive.

This King SilverSonic Long model Cornet comes with a JP Pro double trumpet case only and no other accessories or mouthpiece.   We would recommend purchasing a mouthpiece and cleaning materials alongside this cornet if not owned already.
