Please be aware that our normal warranty/guarantee cover does not apply to this instrument as it has been pre-owned by a client and sold by us on their behalf.  Whilst we do all we can to ensure that they are working to the best of their ability, such goods are purchased as seen. However if the item is purchased online, the procedure is covered by our distant selling rules which can be found on the delivery/returns page.

This Selmer Prologue Bb clarinet is a great choice for the advancing player looking for a reliable, well-crafted wooden instrument with the quality and character associated with the Selmer name.

The Prologue offers a comfortable playing experience, making it well suited to developing players looking to take the next step in their musical journey. As an older Selmer model, it offers a lovely alternative to comparable intermediate clarinets of a higher price point and is certainly worth considering as part of your testing line-up.

Wear & Tear Observations: This clarinet is in a good overall condition, there are no cracks or repairs to the wooden body and all the makers markings are visible, but faded. The silver plating has some scratching and minor tarnish present, though this is purely cosmetic. It has been recently serviced by our workshop ready for sale.

• Fixed thumbrest

This Selmer Presence clarinet comes in its original hard case. It also comes with a Selmer Concept mouthpiece and Rovner dark ligature. The mouthpiece beak is heavily indented so we have applied a protective patch to prevent further damage. We would recommend purchasing a pull through and some cork grease along side this instrument.
