This Berg Larsen 85/1 MS stainless steel alto sax mouthpiece is an ideal way to upgrade your sax on a budget.  This particular model has medium tip opening and a no 1 chamber for a brilliant full tone. Stainless steel mouthpieces were developed for increased life and for their different tonal quality.  The reflective nature of stainless steel results in a brighter, more edgy sound. The insert is made of high grade black ebonite.

Wear & Tear Observations:  This mouthpiece is in a fair condition for its age with no damage to the tip or rails.  There are some marks to the table and the bite plate has discoloured so we have applied a protective patch.  The cap and ligature have lost their plating but the mouthpiece itself plating is in a good condition.
