This Howarth S20C plus thumbplate oboe is ideal for the advancing student looking for an wooden instrument that can complete the grades.

The S20 is light in weight and thus suitable for accomplished young players. It includes certain key features, such as semi-automatic octaves, which are essential for playing at an advanced level.  

A lovely versatile upgrade instrument that has the capability to last the player through to grade 8 and beyond.  This oboe dates back to 1984 and is in very good condition for its age.

Wear & Tear Observations: This oboe is in very good condition with no signs of cracks or repairs to the wooden body and limited wear to the silver plating, just some on the right hand G# key. The Howarth markings are visable but faded. This oboe has been recently overhauled ready for sale.
