The Schreiber S10 Bassoon is designed for a young student playing their first Bassoon. It is produced in Germany from hand-selected Alpine maple. This Bassoon features a reduced 21 key silver plated German system (full spec below). We'd suggest this is an instrument designed for a new player wanting a quality instrument to begin with.

This S10 Schreiber Bassoon is their beginner model in the range. It comes supplied with a lightweight gig bag and is designed to be a cost-efficient entry point to Bassoon playing.

Wear & Tear Observations: This bassoon is in very good condition for its age with only a couple marks to the wooden body.  There are no cracks and the silver plating is in very good condition showing minimal signs of wear.  Recently serviced ready for sale.

This Schreiber S10 bassoon comes in a Tom & will gigbag case.  Also included are an KE 3 and Monnig 2 bocals, a bird and neck strap.  We would recommend purchasing the La tromba cork grease and Kolbl wing and boot cleaners alongside this bassoon.
