This Yamaha YTS-875 custom Bb tenor saxophone is ideal for the professional classical saxophonist looking for an instrument that can handle anything their career demands.

This sax is a top of the line custom model from Yamaha specialised for classical playing and is the predecessor to the EX model.  Designed with the classical saxophonist in mind, the YTS-875 offers smooth key response, comfortable blowing and delivers a deep, refined sound which is rich with colour.

The YTS-875 also provides great flexibility with a wide dynamic range - and stunning projection that can easily fill a hall with its authoritative tone.

Wear & Tear Observations: This instrument is in good condition with no dents (just a couple of very small dinks) or wear to the lacquer body.  There is some minor scratching to the body but this is purely cosmetic and doesn't effect the saxes playability.  This sax has recently had a service completed ready for sale.

This Yamaha custom comes in its original hard case with shoulder strap. A sturdy Hiscox flight case is also included with this sax.  As well as the original G1 neck there is an extra G3 neck for a more centred tone. There is the original Yamaha Custom 4CM mouthpiece and a Selmer S80 C* mouthpiece both with Rovner ligatures and caps. There is no neck sling or internal cleaners supplied with this sax but there is a cork grease, sax stand and various unsealed reeds.
