They are machined from hard rubber to ensure accuracy and consistency making them a great upgrade. - Similar to the 5RV but more open with a longer facing.
Also available with profile 88 and series 13 options.
A profile 88 mouthpiece has a shallower angle on the exterior of the beak of the mouthpiece. This gives the player a choice to find a model which suits them best in terms of playing position, sound projection, control, comfort and articulation.
The '13 series' was designed specifically for American clarinets using the A440 pitch but is very popular with all players. The 13 series all have the profile 88 beak by default.
