Up for sale is a stunning, rare example of a 1961 Buffet Crampon Super Dynaction (SDA) alto saxophone.

Crafted during the golden era of French saxophone manufacturing, this professional-grade instrument famously gave the legendary Selmer Mark VI a run for its money. This specific horn was produced in 1961 and beautifully retains its original, gorgeous dark honey lacquer. Wear & Tear Observations: This sax is in an good condition for it's age with just some prominent lacquer wear to the back of the saxes body and bow that comes in contact with the body when playing plus some to the neck. About 60 - 70% of the lacquer remains. There are no dents or repairs to the body. It has been recently repadded and checked over by our workshop ready for sale.
