This Howarth B oboe would be ideal for the new player looking for an instrument that can get to the higher grades. Howarth oboes display fine craftsmanship and are one of the first choice instruments for many oboists.  

This model features a wooden body, plateaux keys, thumbplate system and is the predecessor to the current Howarth S10 model. A great English made oboe for an affordable price. 

Wear & Tear Observations: This instrument is in a very good condition with no signs of cracks or repairs to the wooden body. The silverplated keywork is in a very good condition showing limited signs of wear. It has been checked over by our workshop ready for sale.

This Howarth B oboe comes in the original hard case.  Also included is a reed case and a screwdriver. We would rcommend purchasing reeds, cork grease and cleaning materials to go alongside this oboe if not owned already.
