This early JP 141 Blues Eb alto saxophone is ideal for a student looking to either start playing a good quality saxophone for an affordable price or looking for an upgrade that can take them into the higher grades.  

This is a now discontinued model and is the predecessor to the version with a rose brass bell and bow section.  It still features a larger than usual bell flare that offers greater projection.  The saxes age is unknown but it is an earlier model in a fair condition.

Wear & Tear Observations: This sax is in a fair condition with no signs of dents or dinks.  There is some significant scratching to the back of the saxes body/ bow and some bleeds to the lacquer around the solder joins and throught the saxes body. Particularly the bow to body join, octave key rod and lower toneholes.  This sax has recently had an interim service completed by our workshop ready for sale.

This JP141 comes in it's original, good condition, hard case. A Bari Esprit plastic mouthpiece is included along with a ligature and cap, basic neck sling, pull through cleaner, polishing cloth and some sheet music.  We would recommend purchasing some reeds alongside this sax if not owned already.
