This early model JP181 oboe is ideal for the player looking for an step up instrument that can help them get into the higher grades.  It has a ABS resin body, uses a dual system and is in good condition.  

This instrument features keywork of a high specification that you would normally find on much more advanced oboes. The resin body makes the instrument lighter and isn't affected by temperature making it ideal for outdoor use. 

Wear & Tear Observations: This oboe is in good condition with just some small fine scratches to the resin body.  The keywork plating is slightly worn on the edges of the thumbplate but this is purely cosmetic. This oboe has recently had an interim service completed ready for sale.

This JP181 oboe comes in its original hard case with case cover and shoulder strap.  The zip toggles are sadly both missing on the case cover but we sell replacements for £45 if wanted. There is lao a reed case and cork grease included.  I would recommend purchasing a kolbl pullthrough and some reeds alongside this oboe.
