The Smith-Watkins 'Soloist' Bb Flugel is one of the top flugels for studio/jazz and brass bands and has been and still is used by the top professional players around the world. 

Wear & Tear Observations: The instrument is in a good used condition, with some small wear on the lacquer as you would expect from an older horn. There are small marks/scratching to the finish, but the lacquer appears to be at least 95% intact. The valves and tuning slides are all smooth and move freely.
