This Yamaha 62 purple logo Eb alto saxophone is ideal for the advanced player looking for a reliable upgrade that is versatile for both performing and teaching work.

The warm tone and feel of the keywork make this sax a desirable choice for aspiring professional players. This is an earlier version of the current YAS62 which is their entry level professional model which is particularly sought after.

The age of this sax is unknown and is in a fair condition, the cosmetic lacquer wear has been reflected in the selling price.

Wear & Tear Observations: This is an older instrument and has significant signs of lacquer wear and scratching throughout. The purple logo on the bell is also no longer visible.  This sax has been recently fully re-padded by our workshop ready for sale.

This Yamaha 62 comes in it's original hard Yamaha case.  There is no mouthpiece or other accessories included so we'd recommend purchasing these if not owned already.
