Yamaha standard trombones were designed to make it easier for beginning students to sound good at an affordable price.

They are produced in Yamaha workshops by highly trained craftspeople with very similar specifications and manufacturing processes as Yamaha use on their top of the line models. Constructed from gold brass, the Yamaha YSL356R is designed to help you progress as fast as possible.

The dual bore slide on the YSL356R enables the trombone to play like a small bore trombone, and yet have the larger sound associated with medium bore instruments. The inclusion of an 8'' rose brass bell provides a rich and warm tone with great sound projection.

Wear & Tear Observations: This trombone is in a fair condition with only some small scratches to the bell flare and a small dent in the tubing. The lacquer has some significant wear around the contact points and outer slide. It has been checked over by our workshop ready for sale and all slides and triggers move freely.

This Yamaha Trombone is supplied in a Conn hard case but does not come with a mouthpiece. We would recommend purchasing a mouthpiece, slide grease and cleaning materials alongside this trombone.
