This Besson 700 cornet is an ideal instrument to get the player through the upper grades. The addition of a third valve trigger to assist the player with tuning is a feature more commonly found on more expensive instruments. This instrument was produced around 1992 and is in very good condition for its age.

Wear & Tear Observations: This cornet is in a very good condition with no visble dents apart from a minor dent in the crook. The silver plating is in good condition with some minor scratches to the bell taper and flair as well as a small patch of wear to the third valve slide. There is evidence of a previous re-soldering of the second valve stay. Our workshop have checked this cornet over ready for sale and all slides and valves move freely.

This cornet is supplied the original Besson black hard case as well as the original Besson 7 mouthpiece. We would recommend purchasing valve oil, tuning slide grease and cleaning supplies to go alongside this cornet.
