The Holton TR181 is a staple of the symphonic low-brass settup, capable of the mighty sound expected of a modern bass trombone player. This instrument would suit a Bass Trombone student, looking for an instrument to take them through the upper grades and beyond, or a high-level Tenor Trombone player, wanting to explore Bass Trombone playing on a quality professional instrument.
Wear & Tear Observations: This Holton Bass Trombone is in good condition. There is some lacquer ware to the outside of the valve side of the body wrap, and the bell flare as a number of very small dents. The lacquered bow on the playing slide as discoloured, and there are a number of superficial scratches on the outer slide, with some lacquer ware on the hand-slide stay.
