The JP074 is perfect as a beginner euphonium to enter into the brass world. With an open wrap design, 3 valves and lightweight, it is ideal for the younger or petite player with small hands. It is constructed with high-quality yellow brass with the addition of a rose brass leadpipe which provides a full, dark sound.

This Euphonium is supplied with the highly recommended Denis Wick travel mute which is designed to provide silent practice with the convenience of fitting inside the bell while the instrument is in the case.

It is also ideal for quiet home practice. It is fitted with an internal cork damper and has thick high-quality neoprene pads to help create a very soft sound. Overall, an ideal compact practice mute. This mute fits most modern euphoniums.

Wear & Tear Observations: This instrument is in an very good condition as it was only purchased in August 2024 from us. There is extremely little wear to the lacquer, only some minor marks around the bell and all slides and valves move smoothly and freely. This instrument has been recently serviced.

This JP374 Euphonium is supplied the original JP hard case. It also includes the original silverplated mouthpiece, bottle of valve oil and full set of replacement valve guides. This instrument is supplied with the Denis Wick DW5587 Euphonium Travel Mute.
