This Selmer SA80 Series II Eb alto saxophone is ideal for the advanced or professional player looking for a instrument that can last their career.  Thanks to its musical attributes, the Super Action 80 Series II alto saxophone has forged itself a solid reputation in the world of the saxophones. It boasts unmatched tuning over the whole range, an open sound very rich in harmonics and excellent projection power. 

This powerful sound, combined with an exceptional blowing ease, makes the "Super Action 80 Series II" a highly flexible instrument. Its particularly well-balanced mechanism offers comfortable handling and great playing precision.  This saxes age is unknown but from the serial number is likely to be from the early 1990's and is in a fair condition.

Wear & Tear Observations: Considering the instruments age it is in a fair condition cosmetically as the black lacquer has been rubbed off the body side of the bow and to the back of the saxes body exposing the brass underneath.  There is also some lacquer wear to the ocatve key. This sax has recently had a minor service completed by our workshop ready for sale.
