    • This innovative technology, which premiered with our oboes, has been brought to the clarinet after extensive engineering specific to the instrument. The upper joint body is drilled out slightly larger around the bore and tone-holes. Thermoplastic ABS resin is injected into the cavity, instantly forming the inner shape of a clarinet.     • Developed through industrial synergy between Buffet's research & development arm and their production facilities based in France and Germany, the new E12F student clarinet came into the European market in September 2012.

      The E12F's body is derived from professional models and made in Buffet Crampon’s French workshops, while the key assembly and quality control are carried out by German teams in Markneukirchen.

      The new model now includes leather pads & secure screw in pillars. A colourless varnish protects against cracks and scratches.
