    Buffet E13 A Clarinet
    • Already equipped with leather pads in January 2015, the E13 has now inherited the completely new bell of sister clarinet, the RC (cf. Robert Carrée), which gives more projection and brightness no matter what the range or tone. The low F key adjustment screw allows a finer control of the resulting action implemented by its lever.

    Buffet RC Prestige Greenline Eb Clarinet
    • The RC Greenline series of clarinets follows the same manufacturing process and design as the 100% grenadilla RCs. Thanks to the addition of carbon fibres, Green Line clarinets withstand admirably to variations in atmospheric conditions (temperature, humidity). The risk of cracking is therefore eliminated. Created in 1994, the Greenline series of instruments has taken advantage of the excess wood remaining from the clarinet manufacturing process. This process of combining grenadilla powder with carbon fibres produces a clarinet that is greatly resistant to environmental change and helps to relieve stress on the African grenadilla wood population.

      The mechanics are prepared and finished with great precision: milling holes inside the specifications according to the Buffet Crampon expertise. The mechanics are carefully assembled and adjusted by expert technicians.

      Due to its conical bore, the RC Prestige clarinet has a darker sound. In addition, the bore is hand-burnished, giving greater precision. This is important, as the bore is vital to good tuning. These models have reinforced tenons for added strength and upgraded Gore-Tex pads.
